Lower Columbia School Gardens Online Plant Sale opens again today 5/13/20

Last week's sale worked out pretty well - we had 100 orders and only a few goofs! We appreciate your patience as we learn these new ropes together.

The Online Plant Sale opens again today 5/13/20.
The "shop” will open at 5 pm on Wednesday and close after we receive 80 orders, or 11:59pm on Thursday, whichever comes first.
It will likely be a similar scenario next week and the week after.

Forest Road 90 repairs scheduled for May

Six additional pavement sites on an open section of Forest Service Road 90 (between Milepost 0.7 and Milepost 15.2), are scheduled to be repaired during the month of May. Asphalt paving of all repaired sites is scheduled for May 20th. The work is expected to result in only minor delays as one lane closures with flaggers on both sides to assist with keeping traffic moving.  Please note Forest Service Road 90 is still under a Temporary Closure from MP 19.5 to MP 46.5 for public safety measures related to COVID-19.

This Week at the Lodge ... Prime Rib!

Hi Mooses!

Hope everyone is doing well, and staying healthy.  The lodge is struggling since we’ve closed for the Covid directive.  No income can make things difficult in a hurry.  But the Moose will prevail, and here’s a way to help…

We’ve had to stand in lines, make phone calls, take uneventful trips to the store, and even drive to Astoria, but we’ve procured some Prime Rib, so we’re going to do a takeout dinner this Friday (May 15).

Here are the particulars:

Phone in your order starting Friday at noon.
