Lifeworks Employment Placement Program

Lifeworks has people looking for jobs...  Help us help the community.

When our clients get a paid position out in the community, there’s a job coach, like myself, who learns the job alongside our clients so we can support them on the job until they become independent. Depending on the client, some will need a job coach the whole time and some won’t need a job coach at all or little throughout their work shift. Job coaches, like myself, make sure that our clients do their jobs correctly and in a timely manner. Our clients are hard workers and want to work.
