My name is David Hunt and I am the account manager for the American Red Cross for SW Washington. Starbucks in Longview at 820 Ocean Beach Hwy is hosting a holiday Christmas Eve drive this Wednesday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
We only have 6 donors and we need to collect at least 25 units. If you or anyone you know can donate please do. Spread the word through social media, phone calls, or bring a friend, however you can.

Community Home Health & Hospice (Community) employee Julie Rinard earned the CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) designation. Only 5,200 people hold this certification worldwide. Rinard met CFRE International standards to include: tenure in the fundraising profession, continuing education, demonstrated fundraising achievement and a commitment to serve not-for-profit organizations. Individuals must also pass a rigorous written exam and agree to uphold Accountability Standards and the Donor Bill of Rights.

The SW Washington Workforce Development Council is seeking a Program Coordinator to assist the Program staff in managing a large number of grants and projects. The best candidate would be a recent college graduate with some work experience and an interest in workforce development issues. However, we will also accept candidates without degrees but with a minimum of 6 years work experience. This position requires a self-starter who likes to be busy and engaged.
