For the business community of the 20th District: I know that businesses in my district want to do everything possible to prepare for a possible shelter in place order by either the federal or state government. The Department of Commerce has a form linked below which is important to this process. Please take the time to look into the details as they might relate to your business. 
The Department of Commerce considers this form to be helpful for determining which business is an essential function in case of a shelter in place order. It is not determinative, but it gets the business on the radar screen for consideration:
