sQuatch Fest 2025 - Food & Merchandise Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in sQuatch Fest 2025!

Application must be submitted with payment by January 10th, 2025 to RESERVE your spot. Due to limited space and electricity, we may not be able to accommodate your requests and/or process your application. Applications are subject to approval. If you’re application is not accepted, you will be notified along with receiving your payment back in full. Vendor must be licensed and/or possess a permit from the Department of Revenue. Food Vendors also need to have a Health Department Permit. All food Vendor’s staff must have and follow WA Food Handler’s Requirements.

  • Site locations can be requested, but with no guarantees.
  • Vendor set up time is Jan. 24th from 9 AM - 1 PM.
  • Tear-down time is Jan. 25th 8 PM - 10 PM.
  • Vendor agrees to be open for business from 2 PM - 9 PM Jan. 24th and from 9 AM - 8 PM Jan. 25th. No late set-up or early tear-down is allowed.
  • Dispose of grease in appropriate receptacle.
  • Vendor provides electrical extension cord if power is needed.
  • Water available from a spigot off the building for fill up only, staying connected is prohibited.
  • Vendor will receive 2 complimentary sQuatch Fest tickets (good for both days). Additional tickets available for purchase.
  • Free Parking is available in the Vendor lot accessible from Washington St. or in the guest lot across the street. No parking is allowed in the fairgrounds grass.
